Kelsey Blair is a theatre, performance, and cultural studies scholar, a university teacher, an author, and a freelance writer.
Currently, she is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Concordia University in Montreal where she teaches courses on the topics of professional writing, creative writing, and video games. She is also a co-director of the Centre for Spectatorship and Audience Research, the managing editor of the blog the Activist Classroom, a director for several not-for-profit boards, and the author of four award winning young adult sport fiction novels. In addition to her current pursuits, Kelsey has directed theatre and film, led community-based arts initiatives, and is a former women’s university and professional basketball player.
